Direct answer

Upload the front artwork as a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image, choose 4 x 6 or 6 x 9, and adjust the crop in the postcard editor. Replace the default front title, add or remove the optional greeting, then add the back message, signature, US return address, and US recipient address. Review the front and back before payment, and IRIS will generate the print PDFs and mail the postcard.

Prepare the design file

  • Export a high-resolution image without crop marks or printer guides.
  • Keep important artwork away from the outer edges.
  • If the artwork already contains text, leave room for the required title overlay and check the combined preview for duplication and readability.
  • Use RGB color and inspect the exported file outside the design app.
  • Keep the file at or below 15 MB.
  • Confirm that you own or have permission to use the artwork, photographs, and type.

IRIS treats the uploaded design as front artwork. It does not accept a two-sided postcard PDF upload. The editor creates the back from the message and address information you enter.

Account for the crop

The front preview shows how the selected size frames the image. Move the horizontal and vertical focal controls before checkout. A design made at a different proportion may lose material at the top, bottom, or sides.
