IRIS for your working day

Give business correspondence a clear next step.

Start with the document or message you need to send. Choose a workflow, review the details, and let IRIS handle printing and mailing to a US address.

What are you sending?

A useful route for each kind of mail.

Each order is an individual mailpiece. You supply the finished content and make the mailing decision; IRIS takes care of the printing and postal submission.

Mail an invoice or billing reminder

Give a customer a paper copy of an invoice you have already checked against your records.

Bring
A final PDF, the current balance, and complete sender and recipient details.
Review
Your billing owner checks that the invoice is still due, accurate, and authorized to send.

A mailing order does not collect or reconcile the invoice payment. Your accounting system remains the source of truth.

Send a business notice with mailing records

Prepare a renewal, account update, or other individual notice with the postal option your situation needs.

Bring
An approved notice PDF, the correct destination, and your record-keeping requirements.
Review
The responsible person checks the content, recipient, timing, and required delivery method.

Certified Mail records and return receipts serve different purposes. Check the requirements for your notice; a mailing service cannot decide them for you.

Welcome a new client

Put your welcome letter, next steps, and useful contact details into one printable document.

Bring
A finished PDF packet with the right client details and pages in the intended order.
Review
Your client contact reviews every page and confirms the recipient before checkout or API submission.

IRIS prints the PDF you provide. It does not assemble packages, add physical gifts, or guarantee arrival before a meeting.

Send a personal customer follow-up

Say thank you after a project or share a simple update with one customer using an illustrated or photo postcard.

Bring
Your artwork or a studio design, a short message, and complete sender and recipient details.
Review
The sender reviews the artwork crop, message, names, addresses, and final price.

Postcards are visible in transit. Keep sensitive information out, respect opt-outs, and use the individual-order flow rather than a mailing list.

Handle outbound mail from a remote team

Send a reviewed business document without routing it through an office printer.

Bring
A printable PDF, a named sender and recipient, and a clear owner for the mailing decision.
Review
Your team assigns the reviewer and keeps the approval record in its own process or application.

This is outbound US correspondence. IRIS does not receive or scan incoming mail, provide a virtual office address, or supply team approval seats.

For the letters outside work

Start with a letter or an eligible form.

Use a guided template when a blank page is the hard part, or upload a PDF you have already prepared. You still need the sender’s name and return address, the recipient’s name and address, and a final review of what will be printed.

Official forms can have signature, privacy, and filing-method requirements. Read the template’s suitability guidance and the issuer’s instructions before uploading; some forms are for preparation only.

One letter, or part of your software

Choose how you want to prepare it.

Use the website

Upload a document, fill in names and addresses, review the preview and price, then complete checkout yourself. A good place to start for an occasional mailing.

Connect your application

Build PDF preparation, human review, and status handling into your existing process using REST or a compatible MCP client. Your team owns that integration and its approval step.
