No. Prepare your letter or postcard in your browser, then review and pay for printing and mailing. No customer account is required.
Where can I send mail?
IRIS sends individual letters and postcards to US addresses. Review your recipient address and any mailing instructions before payment.
What can I upload?
For a letter, upload a finished PDF up to 26 MB with US Letter pages. For a postcard, use a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image. Check the specific upload requirements in the editor.
Can I preview before paying?
You can review your document and printing options before checkout. The postcard editor previews both sides. You are responsible for checking the content, addresses, and any recipient requirements.
How do I follow my order?
After payment, use the private order link to see production status and any USPS tracking events IRIS receives. The events available depend on the mailing service.
